As an Internal Auditor you will work to an audit programme that assesses the Standard Practice Instructions (SPI) framework within the European businesses. You will perform internal audits to test the local profit centre's compliance against the SPI framework and common practices.From time to time you may receive non-audit assignments (e.g. research or consulting to the business), which will be dependent on the skill set that you possess.

Tasks and responsibilities:
The Internal Auditor:
- Performs audits and/or assessments within all European profit centres in order to validate their 'practice instructions' and investigate potential operational and business risks
- Reports about the status of the SPI framework for all European profit centres and about the outcome of the audits for every single profit centre in Europe
- Performs audits on (documented) automated business processes in order to create and maintain a standardized automated business process amongst the European businesses
- Evaluates and maintains standard automated business process descriptions and shares them with the European businesses
- Provides ad hoc advice, guidance and training to managers and staff at all levels, concerning SPI's and related topics
