Strategy and Transactions (“SaT”) plays a crucial role in supporting its customers in buying, selling and merging companies. Strategy formation, restructuring, operational improvements, IPOs are also part of this. You work closely together in a team so that your customers are able to make well-founded decisions. This allows them to manage their capital and transactions in a rapidly changing world. As a Strategy and Transactions specialist, you will work within various functional areas, sectors and regions.
